Situated right in the centre of this popular French alpine resort, Falcon Lodge will offer 44 one to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses and two stunning detached chalets.
Due to the steep slope, all the Falcon Lodge apartments will have un-interrupted west-facing views over the top of Meribel and across to the ‘Roc de Fer’.
There are several large penthouse apartments available which, split over two floors, will have a distinct ‘chalet feel’ to them with large, double-height ceilings and exposed beams.
Some of the larger apartments and penthouses come with their own ‘spa’ area including saunas and Jacuzzi baths. There is also the possibility to have a hot-tub on the terrace.
The two detached chalets are situated in a private location just away from the main building. These will be built to the highest specification with either 5 or 6 bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness area, fire place, full height glazing, exposed beams, double height ceilings, gym, lift, cinema room and more.
Construction is not due to start until Spring 2021 meaning that if you are looking to buy a chalet or apartment now we are still able to fully customise the interior layout to your own exact requirements.
The developers have built several other projects nearby which you can visit in order to get a feel for the high-quality finishes and materials used. Each apartment will be built to your exact requirements using your final choices of flooring, wood panelled walls, tiles, kitchen work tops etc.
The Falcon Lodge will also include a vast spa area complete with indoor pool, saunas, steam room and wellness area.
For property owners wishing to rent out their new ski property then there will also be a full on-site rental management service. The operator will take care of all aspects of the property managements including marketing, bookings, keys, handover, cleaning linen etc. They typically charge 25% of the gross rent.
The location is excellent. Just 150m from the nearest ski lift and the possibility to ski back even closer to your door. The centre of Meribel with all its shops, bars and restaurants, is just 500m away.
Meribel is the heart of Les Trois Vallees and one of France’s premier alpine destinations. There is no more central location to explore this vast 600km+ ski region. Both Courchevel and Val Thorens make for great day trips and you will find plenty of great mountain restaurants along the way.
