2 Bedroom apartments come with two en-suite bathrooms and are designed for 4-6 people with 96m2 of living space. Terraces or balconies add a further 22m2 of outdoor living space and prices are from EUR 459,891 net.
Finally, large 3 Bedroom apartments and penthouses are in excess of 128m2 and can sleep 6-8 people. Large top-floor penthouses also have the possibility of an extra mezzanine sleeping area, exposed beams and double height ceilings. All the rental income in pooled across all the apartments and the income is then distributed to the owners every three months in arrears.
Owners are not restricted in the amount that they can use their apartments but the cost of these weeks is deducted from the owners share of the rental pool income for the time that they are there.
