The new ‘Gast House’ revives this concept with a cosy and laidback atmosphere that is as welcoming to skiers and non-skiers alike.
The Gast House has 56 individual apartments for sale ranging in size from studios to a large, 174m2, 4-bedroom penthouse.
The Gast House will be operated by one of the region’s most established tour operator that is already operating several apart-hotels in Zell am See, Kaprun, Saalbach, Hinterglemm and more.
Owners must make their apartments available for rent and there is a professional management company on site to take care of all aspects of the rental management.
Rental returns are generally excellent in Zell am See since the ‘Four-Season’ resort never closes down and the summer season is long and reliable with tourists flocking from all over Europe to enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Lake Zell.
The Gast House is situated right in the centre of Zell am See and only 150m from the lake shore. From here you can walk along the promenade and into the historic old center of Zell am See with its charming bars, restaurants and shops in just a few minutes.
In the winter, the main City Express gondola is only 600m away. From here you can quickly access all the slopes of the Schmittenhohe mountain and, since December 2019, now ski down into Viehofen and join up with the vast Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Fieberbrunn ski region that is now all covered on the same ‘Ski Alpin’ card.
After a long day on the slopes the Gast House will provide a warm and welcoming place to unwind.
You can head to the in-house bar for a well-earned drink, fitness room, or relax in the private wellness area which includes two saunas, indoor pool and relaxation area.
