The new Elements Resort is a brand new luxury apart-hotel complex situated right opposite the Areitbahn Gondola in the ever popular Zell am See – Kaprun ski region.

Opened in December 2019, the new 4* resort, comes with a whole host of on site facilities including, full service restaurant, spa and wellness, heated outdoor swimming pool, reception and bar area.

The resort comprises 37 fully furnished Austrian-style apartments for sale ranging from 44m2 1-bedroom apartments that sleep four people up to vast 154m2 4 bedroom penthouse apartments with double height living spaces.

Prices are net of VAT and include all furniture, choice of interior design packages, ski lockers and underground parking.

Owners must make their apartments available for rent when not being used personally and there is a professional management company on site to take care of all aspects of the rental management. You simply advise when you wish to use the apartment yourself and everything else is taken care of.

Your rental income from your Austrian property investment will be paid into your bank account at the end of each month after the 25% management charge.

The Elements Resort is situated right opposite the Areitbahn Gondola which accesses the beautiful, family-friendly Schmittenhohe Ski Area of Zell am See.

The shops and restaurants of the up-and-coming Schuttdorf region of Zell am See are all within a 2-3 minute walk and the swimming areas on the shores of Lake Zell can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

The centre of Zell am See can be reached in just a few minutes by car, ski bus or local ‘bahn’ in the winter, while in the summer it is a pleasant walk or 10 minute cycle ride along the lake-side cycle paths.

Furthermore, from December 2019 the final phase of the long awaited new link connecting Zell am See down into the Saalbach Hinterglemm Valley will be open offering access to an incredible further 220kms of piste.
