Wildbach Lodge Dienten

This brand-new resort will offer 19 apartments for sale ranging from EUR 327,500 for a 1-bedroom apartment to EUR 633,500 for a luxury 3-bedroom penthouse.

All prices are net of VAT which does not have to be paid by signing up to the rental pool arrangements.

There is designated underground parking for each apartment at an additional cost of EUR 19,000.

Complete furniture packages, in your choice of style, are available between EUR 20,000 – 35,000. This provides absolutely everything to begin renting out your Austrian property – right down to plates, cutlery and linen!

The location is exceptional. Right in the center of the village and about 800m from either of the two main ski lifts that can take you back over in the direction of Maria Alm or Muhlbach.   

It is possible to get an Austrian mortgage from a local bank for up to 60% of the value of the property. Financing rates are currently very competitive starting at around 1.7% for a variable mortgage or 2.0% for a five-year fixed rate mortgage.  

There is a heated ski boot room for owners and guests, and a common/games room with billiards and a tea kitchen.

If you have never been to Dienten yet, it is well worth a visit.

Dienten is part of the Hochkönig region with 120 km of pistes that include the more well-known villages of Maria Alm and Mühlbach. The Hochkönig mountain range has its own micro climate giving it great snow conditions.

Dienten is a charming, traditional Austrian village with its fairytale-like Church of St. Nicholas perched on a hillside overlooking the village.

The combination of rugged sheer rocky mountain faces and green sloping hills that surround the village are unique to the Hochkönig region.

Dienten lies at the centre of this beautiful ski region it all and is relatively undiscovered.
