Chalet Pelly is a charming and well-appointed chalet with spectacular views across the Val d’Anniviers.
Situated in the popular high-altitude resort of Grimentz, Switzerland, the chalet is now for sale via Alpine Property Finders.
This attractive Swiss chalet, finished in reclaimed wood, and enjoying breath-taking views over the valley was built in 2005 and has been well maintained.
On the ground floor there is a large hallway, with a boiler and storage room just off the side, and leading through to the open plan kitchen, living and dining room.
There is a traditional fireplace and the kitchen is generously proportioned. Off the living room is a guest WC and a single bedroom.
The terrace has a hot tub, from which you can admire the surrounding mountains whilst soothing the aches of an exercising day on the mountain.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin room, which has an ensuite shower. There is also a third bathroom.
A large open loft space provides further room for extra beds or a snug. It is currently accessed by a ladder but could be converted into a proper 5th bedroom if required.
The property has its own private garage with an additional parking space.
The walk down to the village takes about 10 minutes and it’s about a 5-minute walk to the side of the piste. It is occasionally possible to ski back to the chalet.
