Zweitwohnsitz & Freizeitwohnsitz Property for Sale

In Tyrol and Salzburgerland a home may only be kept as a holiday home if it has second-home status, called Zweitwohnsitz or, in Tyrol, Freizeitwohnsitz. New status is rarely granted, so these homes are sought after and usually cost more than comparable homes without it.

Every property on this page has that status, so you can own it, use it for your own holidays and leave it empty in between, without having to let it or live in it.
