Five Valley Residence is a collection of just 6 Austrian ski apartments ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms with rare second home / Zweitwohnsitz status which means there is no rental obligation.  

However, it is possible to rent out your apartment should you wish to. The prices stated here refer to a purchase of a second home that is not rented out. If you do wish to rent out your property you can reclaim the VAT from the stated prices. This reduces the price of Top 2 for a example to EUR 1.1m with either 2 or 3 bedrooms.

The elevated position of the Tschengla plateau offers the apartments and generous terraces spectacular views towards the Brandnertal ski area. The apartments are just a short walk away from the ski lifts.

What is very unique about this resort is its second home status. This means there is no rental obligation, which is incredible rare in the Vorarlberg province of Austria. With its easy accessibility, these apartments are ideal for long weekends with friends and family, ski trips and active summer holidays.

The price excludes 3% agency fees and each apartment has been allocated a parking space in the garage which are sold for €20.000.

The interiors can be completely designed to your preferences and we can put you in contact with various local professional interior designers. In addition, the architect will offer his services to manage this process.

The Brandnertal ski area includes 64,4 km of groomed pistes and has partnered with Montafon to offer an amazing total of 297 km of runs.

Bürserberg is a perfect base to explore the ski areas in the Vorarlberg region with ten other ski resorts all within 30 minutes drive.

In Summer Brüserberg is equally excellent. There are endless summer hiking and biking trails to explore. There is also a refreshing high-altitude lake, an excellent 18- hole golf course, tennis and indoor courts, riding stables, archery courses, and much more.
