Les Chalets d’Adelaide project is a brand new development of luxury chalets and apartments in the beautiful 15th century village of Grimentz, Switzerland.
The charming Swiss village of Grimentz continues to attract buyers with its blend of rural mountain charm and compelling investment proposition.
Recently opened, the new Zinal cable car link has now doubled the size of the existing ski area. Similarly, the resort’s first 4 star hotel is due for completion next year with a brand new thermal spa following soon after.
Designed by local architects, Les Chalets d’Adelaide makes extensive use of local wood and stone while maintaining a modern and contemporary feel to it’s apartments and chalets.
The resort will also include a boutique hotel allowing for concierge-style facilities and services for property owners. Les Chalets d’Adelaide is situated in prime position in Grimentz – right on the piste and overlooking the village.
The first phase of apartments have now been completed and the final phase is now released with a further south-facing apartment building including two high specification duplex penthouses (one now sold).
Apartments range from 81 – 115m2, have 2-4 bedrooms and include large terraces with panoramic views. Prices range from CHF 849,000 to CHF 1,379,000.
Large individual detached chalets are built to order and can be fully customized to your own requirements including indoor swimming pools, saunas and hot tubs.
Prices range from CHF 2.4m to CHF5.2m for a vast, 364m2 chalet with 4 or 5 bedrooms, swimming pool and spa.
With the recent opening of the new Zinal cable car it is now possible to ski from your front door, down to the new lift and across to Zinal. This has now doubled the size of the accessible ski area and has opened up all 220kms of piste in the Val d’Anniviers ski area.
The local council have just announced that they have de-zoned a large number of plots, which might previously have been able to be built upon. This has essentially blocked the future construction of any chalet that is not already under construction. As Adelaide is well underway, it is unaffected but this now represents one of the last opportunities to buy a new chalet in the area since it already exceeds its 20% ‘second home’ quota under the new Lex Webber laws.
We are experiencing strong demand for these apartments and chalets so please do get in touch for detailed floor plans, to check latest availability and to discuss any individual requirements.
