The Genesis Residence is a new collection of 27 ski apartments for sale high up in the French alpine resort of Tignes.

Situated at 2,000m the Genesis Residences occupies a prime ski-in ski-out location and will involve an entire regeneration of the Le Lavachet area of Tignes.

Close to Val d’Isere, Tignes is part of the world renown Espace Killy ski region which has some of the highest and most snow sure skiing in Europe.
