About Septentrion Residence

Now ready to move in, the new Septentrion Residence is situated in a lovely quiet location just 5 minute’s walk from the centre of Samoëns, France.

These 1-4 bedroom apartments are now for sale via Alpine Property Finders and come complete with larger outdoor terraces and balconies, private parking and fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms.

High quality, alpine-style furniture packages can be supplied on request.

These ski apartments will appeal to families with young children who will enjoy the (relatively flat!) village for its year-round living and close proximity to Geneva.

In the winter, the ski bus stops right in front of your apartments and the new Vercland gondola will have you up at Samoëns 1,600m in just 7 minutes!

From here you have access to all the 265kms of slopes that make up the Grand Massif ski region including Flaine, Les Carroz and Morillon.

The residence is made up of a series of traditional French-Alps style chalets with wooden facades, ample outdoor living spaces, parquet flooring, and extensive use of full height glass to maximize the mountain views.

As with most resorts in the French Alps, the market has been moving quickly in the years post-COVID with buyers outnumbering sellers. This has resulted in price rises of around 10% in both 2021 and 2022.
