Les Fermes d’Hestia

Megève is one of the France’s premier alpine resorts. Much more than a ski resort, this charming French village oozes sophistication and is renowned for it’s fine dining, luxury boutiques and year-round alpine lifestyle.

Just five minute walk from the centre of Megève, Les Fermes d’Hestia consists of two brand new chalets for sale via Alpine Property Finders.

Due for completion in 2026, these ski chalets will be custom built to your own exact specification by one of Megève’s top developers.

Highlights include:

• 6 en-suite bedrooms
• Around 400m2 of living space
• 120 sqm wellness area with swimming pool

The location is excellent and you are just 5-min walk from the centre along a nice footpath. The Mont d'Arbois can be reached in just 3 minutes by car or ski bus or around 15 minutes on foot. When there is enough snow you can even ski to your back door!

The chalets will be constructed in keeping with the traditional Megève architecture and include plenty of old wood, wooden tile roof, copper gutters and large terraces & balconies.
