This luxury Austrian style chalet is located in one of the most popular locations of Kirchberg – the legendary “Sonnberg†(Sun Mountain) – and just a short distance from the centre of Kitzbühel.
The chalet sits on a steep hillside and therefore enjoys fantastic views over the village and the surrounding mountains.
Kirchberg offers a wide range of sports and recreational activities and is one of the most sought-after destinations in the Kitzbühel region.
The chalet has been built to the highest standards using traditional wood and stone. It extends to over 400 m² of living space and sits on a private plot of 750 m².
The chalet is arranged over three floors. The 1st floor is devoted to a large open-plan living / dining room with rustic wooden floors and an open fireplace, plus direct access to a spacious balcony with superb views.
Also on the 1st floor is the generous master suite with private bathroom and dressing room.
