Due to the new K-onnection gondola that opened in 2019, the Maiskogel area is now directly connected to the glacier, transforming the ski region of Kaprun. A lively après-ski scene is developing around the new lift station.

Apartment TOP 4 is located on the second floor of the Kitz Residence and is perfect for large families and groups. It has a cosy interior and a private sauna.

There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. The other two bedrooms contain two single beds or a bunk bed for two people.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The living room has a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed, a large dining table and a modern open kitchen.

From the living room you have direct access to one of the two balconies with a view of the Kapruner Ache, Kaprun and the surrounding mountains. The second balcony can be reached via a bedroom.

In line with local regulations, owners must make their apartment available for tourist rental when not using it personally.
