The location is one of a kind, directly at the main lift station of Fieberbrunn, giving you ski-in ski-out access to the 270km+ of connected pistes of the popular Saalbach-Hinterglemm Ski circus – now one of Austria’s largest ski region.
In summer guests and owners can enjoy the amazing cycling and walking routes through the local Kitzbühler Alps with plenty of trails starting directly at your doorstep. The delightful family friendly Lauchsee swimming lake is just a 15 walk away through the woods.
