The Sunday Times Features Our Hollersbach Apartment
The Sunday Times Showcases Rare Austrian Second-Home Property in Hollersbach
Alpine Property Finders has been featured in The Sunday Times' international property roundup, "The best of this week's property on sale," published on 18 October 2026.
The feature highlights our exclusive Tauern Jewel Zweitwohnsitz apartment in Hollersbach, Austria, priced at €960,000 at the time of publication.
The three-bedroom apartment was selected for its rare second-home ownership status, which allows non-EU citizens to purchase a holiday property in this sought-after part of the Austrian Alps.
Located in Hollersbach-Pass Thurn, close to the renowned Kitzbühel ski region, this fully furnished apartment offers 77 m² of living space, a south-facing balcony and spectacular views towards the Hohe Tauern National Park.
With second-home properties becoming increasingly difficult to find in Austria, the feature highlights the appeal of properties with established Zweitwohnsitz status, allowing owners to enjoy their Alpine home without compulsory tourist rental arrangements.
We are delighted to see another of our carefully selected Austrian properties recognised by The Sunday Times.
